If you have a CCJ that is still within one calendar month from the date it was entered then you would not require a CCJ Removal Litigation Support Service such as ours as the Court gives you one calendar month to pay off a CCJ without it being registered against you for six years.

The Court knows how damaging a CCJ can be which is why everyone is provided with the opportunity to pay a CCJ that has been entered against you within one calendar month from the date it was entered for this to be automatically removed from your credit file.

What You Need to Do

If you have a CCJ within this period then all you have to do is contact the Claimant or the Court and pay the balance off in full. Once this has been paid you can then complete an N443 form and send this to the Court along with your proof of payment.

You must then pay a Court fee in the sum of £19.00 by contacting the Court. The Court will then process the form and send a confirmation of the cancellation of the CCJ and that is the end of the matter.

Your credit file usually updates once a month so when it updates next, the CCJ should be automatically removed from your credit file. Your credit file will be as though the CCJ never existed as any footprint of the CCJ will also be removed.

Important Warning

We have been made aware that there are many firms that are charging people for filing the N443 form as they are being told that they require a CCJ Removal Service in order to remove a CCJ that is still within the one calendar month from the date this was entered.

These firms are in fact only filing the N443 form on your behalf however, they are charging people a considerable amount of money to do so when in fact the N443 form only costs £19.00. You can deal with this CCJ yourself simply by paying this in full within the one calendar month period from the date it was entered and completing the N443 form yourself.

You would not require a CCJ Removal or Cancellation Service in this case. Our service to deal with CCJs would only be required when you have gone past the one calendar month from the date the CCJ was entered against you or where you do not want to pay the balance and intend to dispute this in full.
